Thank you every one for your well wishes for me and my mommy! Unfortunately my auction was plagued by a lot of problems and we had to shut it down much sooner than we intended. :( My mom is very upset about this. However, we are not giving up on raising enough money to fund my spring surgery at Tufts! I am getting close to my goal but I still have a ways to go. I really appreciate every one who has donated to my ChipIn and continues to support me and my mom!

Aren't I getting big? And don't I look intelligent? At least, that's what mom's friends say about me! I hope you are all having a great weekend! Purrs and head bumps for all of you!

Little Bear's auction!

Hi everybody! My Mommy and her friends are putting together an auction to raise money for my surgery! This is a great way for you to check off some entries on your holiday shopping list and help me out at the same time!

All of the money raised from the auction will help fund my surgery at Tufts University this spring, when the vets will hopefully be able to perform surgery on my legs to help me walk normally. The surgery could end up costing upwards of $10,000, so it's very important for my Mom to raise the funds now to cover all of my medical costs!

Good news from Tufts!

Hi everybody! I just got back from Tufts University with my Mommy and they gave us great news! The vets at Tufts think they will be able to fuse my left wrist in the spring. If that goes well they will also be able to fuse my right wrist!

I'm so excited! Maybe soon I will be able to walk and explore the outside world!

I have an appointment at Tufts University on Monday!

Hi everybody! I'm so glad it's the weekend! It's been such a busy week for me and my Mommy and I'm ready to sprawl out on the bed for a long Saturday nap!!

Before I do that, though, I wanted to tell you my big news! I'm going in to Tufts University on Monday to see a specialist about my legs! My Mommy has been trying for a while to get me an appointment there, so we're both very excited to finally be going!

I really hope they can give me some good news about my legs and maybe find a way to make walking a little less painful for me. I'll keep you all updated on my appointment and the report from the doctors!
